Description
23KH2NVFA steel is used: for the manufacture of critical shtampovannyh structures; for heavy welded assemblies and structures, not subjected to the annealing or normalizing after welding due to large dimensions or design features, as well as welded and nesvorny parts operating at temperatures up to +500 °C; solid-rolled rings for different purposes.

Weldability |
Steel is well welded using the resistance welding satisfactorily — manual welding, automatic submerged arc, argon-arc manual and automatic. After welding, parts and components must be subjected to the release at 500 °C. the release of parts of complex configuration must be carried out immediately after welding. |

Steel 23KH2NVFA strengthen by heat treatment (quenching in oil with subsequent tempering or normalizing with tempering). |
