Application

On stainless steel flanges standardized GOST and DIN (ISO) part of the center distance for bolts are different, so be careful when buying.
Classification
Stainless flanges are divided by section, working pressure, shape of sealing surface, etc. According to the method of mounting there are collar flanges (welded butt) — GOST 12 821−80 and flat — GOST 12 820−80. Flat flanges (GOST 12 820−80) have the range of cross-sections DN 10 — 1600, working pressure PU 1−250 atm. The most frequent execution is 1 (with connection protrusion). Flanges made of steel 12X18H10T are used from -40 ° C to +300 ° C.

Collar flanges (GOST 12 821−80) are equipped with a conical protrusion for welding to the pipe. This flange received its name after the form of connection with the end of the pipe as a collar. Collar flanges have a larger number of gaskets (versions 1−9). Design 1, which is typical for flat flanges, can be used in collar flanges up to pressure Ru 250 atm.
