Steel grade 13Х11Н2В2МФ (ЕИ961-sh) refers to one of the most common in the rolled steel market. It is widely used in mechanical engineering in the form of pipes. Such pipe is capable of withstanding a temperature of more than 1000 degrees in high-temperature installations. 11% of chromium in the alloy provides excellent resistance to oxidation. In addition to chromium, the composition includes about 2% each of nickel and tungsten, additions of up to 1% molybdenum and vanadium, as well as hundredths of a percent carbon (013%), phosphorus and sulfur. Due to the fact that the theory of alloying heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels is based on the effect of various substances on a base of chromium and nickel, such steel also has another name - chromium-nickel alloy. It involves a limited amount of carbon in its composition. Increased carbon content of more than 0.2% worsens the heat resistance due to the formation of chromium carbides.

Production
This grade is melted in an open arc furnace. It is forged at an initial temperature of 1180ºC and 900ºC at the end of the process. After deformation, the steel is usually cooled in the open air. Also, in addition to cooling in air or oil, cooling with water, followed by holding the products for 4-5 hours, is provided. The pipe can be produced in a seamless manner - it is a solid drawn pipe. One can also use the welding method. Electrically-welded pipes are welded using electrode TsT-19.
Pipes vary in the ratio of wall thickness to diameter. Pipes with a thickness of about 0.3-6 mm and Ø 5-250 mm are called extra-thin-walled. Thin-walled pipe has a thickness of 0.6-20 mm at the same diameter. Thick-walled pipe has a wall thickness of 1.6-24 mm and Ø 6-250 mm. Particularly thick-walled tubes are made with 2-12 mm wall thickness, Ø 6-70 mm.
Production technology of pipe and 13Х11Н2В2МФ circle is similar. Details of working mechanisms working at high temperatures ~1000°C, heat-resistant fragments of industrial constructions are made of them. Alloy 13Х11Н2В2МФ circles are made by hot-rolled method with diameter of 5-270 mm. If necessary, the factories go beyond this standard in the interest of the customer. According to the standard, ovality of the circle may not be more than 50% of the sum of the limiting deviation for the circular diameter.
