Udimet 500 is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-base superalloy designated UNS N07500. It combines chromium, cobalt, molybdenum, titanium and aluminum additions for elevated-temperature strength and oxidation or corrosion resistance. The alloy has been used for turbine blades, disks and high-temperature fasteners. Final material selection and life calculations remain the purchaser's responsibility.

Product forms and controlled requirements

Evek LLC reviews stock and special-order requirements for bar, billet, forging stock, forgings, wire and other forms explicitly covered by the purchaser's specification. Udimet 500 is a mature alloy and availability may be limited by melt route, form, size and qualification. Do not substitute another nickel superalloy without written engineering approval.
