Nickel-based heat-resistant alloy grade ХН60ВМТЮР (ХН60МВТЮ, ЭП487, ХН60МВТЮ-VD, ЭП487-VD) is applied in the aircraft industry in the production of fasteners for gas turbines and guide and working blades. The maximum recommended operating temperature for limited time up to 800 °C. In air, the temperature of intensive scaling is 1000−1050°C. the Main material requirements for turbine blades is caused by the latest developments of engine design, high ductility, heat resistance, resistance to low cycle and thermal fatigue, and resistance to gas environments. In modern engines the material for parts of turbines should have a high resistance to fracture at low-cycle and thermal fatigue, which is today the main cause of the destruction. The danger of destruction may be exacerbated by surface reactions, which are associated with weakening of grain boundaries, gas corrosion.
