Incoloy® 800/800H/800HT

Werkstoff Nr. 1.4876, 1.4958, 1.4959. Common trade names: Incoloy 800®, Nickelvac® 800, Ferrochronin® 800, Nicrofer® 3220. It is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with enhanced creep resistance and high tensile strength due to the inclusions of aluminum, carbon, and titanium in its composition. The alloy is in demand in the chemical and petrochemical industries, power plants, industrial furnaces, and for heat treatment equipment.
Production
Rolled steel is represented by: sheets, strips, plates, rounds, wires, seamless and welded tubes, forgings, fittings and flanges. Sheets are produced in thicknesses of 0.5-4 mm. The strip in coils is 300 mm wide. Plates (plate) are supplied up to 50 mm thick. A circle is supplied as a forging up to 200 mm in diameter. Larger circles can be made to order, as can seamless and welded pipes. Larger pipe sizes can also be manufactured to order. All products (in terms of weld quality) are subjected to nondestructive testing methods. In fact, it is possible to manufacture pipe of any diameter and tolerance grade regardless of batch size.
