Technological qualities

Steel 08Cr18Ni10 of austenitic class, heat and corrosion resistant, non-magnetic. It is characterized by high heat resistance, scale resistance up to 800 °C Forging start temperature: 1200 °C, end - about 850 °C. Bars up to 300 mm cross-section are cooled in stacks in the air. Weldability - without restriction. Welding method: РДС - electrodes ОЗЛ-8, ОЗЛ-12 on wire 02X19Н9, КТС, ЭШС. The subsequent heat treatment is recommended.

Application

Application - pipes, parts of furnace fixtures, heat exchangers, muffles, tubes, retorts, exhaust manifolds, spark plug electrodes, welded weldments and industrial chemical vessels operating at t ° up to 600 ° C in the medium activity. Can be used in the food industry in the production of dairy products and beer.
