Fechral X27Yu5T contains 63-67% Fe, 25-27% Cr, 5-5.9% AL. Titanium additive up to 1% is indicated at the end of the marking. Additionally the composition is ligated with silicon, manganese, nickel. It is a hard brittle alloy that is difficult to roll, has a high electrical resistance of about 1.3 Ohm*mm2/m, increased heat resistance. Melting point of approximately 1450 °C, the maximum operating temperature is 950 °C. No particular limitations on weldability, tape, wire and strip production is possible. Suitable for aggressive chemical environments. Used for electric heating furnaces and resistor parts.
