Tape, circle, wire 80NM
Relevance
Precision soft magnetic alloy 80NM after heat treatment with slow cooling acquires minimal characteristic deviation at normal climatic temperatures. It is used for cores of compact transformers, chokes operating in weak magnetic fields; contactless relays of small thickness (up to 0.02 mm) magnetic amplifiers and cores of pulse transformers.
Properties
Characterized by maximum magnetic permeability, minimum coercive force, saturation induction of 0,65-0,75 T in weak fields. According to
Characteristics
Magnetically soft materials are produced from low-carbon steels based on special purity ferromagnetic iron, electrical low-coercive iron-based or iron-nickel-based alloys, powdered and composite ferromagnetics. These alloys are melted in special induction furnaces, after which the ingots are forged or rolled.
Use
Production of cores for transformers, microphones, computer memory components, magnetic cores for marine environments, magnetic antennas, electric motor stators and rotors. Alloy 80HM is most relevant for magnetic cores of magnetic alternating field in the radio, electrical, automation and telemechanics systems, in measuring and computing machinery. This alloy is actively used in the construction of transformers and electric motors,
