Stainless woven mesh is formed by cross-woven wires of equal diameter, forming square cells. Produced from high-alloy heat-treated wire (08Х18Н10, 12Х18Н9Т, 12Х18Н10Т, 12Х18Н9) according to GOST 3826−82, as well as the following TU: 14−4-1561−89, 14−4-507−89. Mesh is subdivided into 1st and 2nd groups according to accuracy of size. The first group is used for screening bulk materials where exact size distribution of the screened material is required. Mesh of the second group is used for air purification, screening of bulk materials, manufacturing of screens, separators, filters, fencing.

Production
Stainless steel wire mesh is subdivided into woven mesh, divided into twill and plain weave, and also stainless welded mesh and draw-cutting mesh of control and normal accuracy. Woven stainless wire meshes are made of stainless or low-carbon wire. The base of the mesh is the wire running along the web and the weft is the wire running across the mesh web.
