Welded assemblies and blanks for pipeline valves according to ST CKBA 016-2005. Aging at 850-900 °C (with dwell time of 10 hours) + water hardening at 1080-1100 °C (with dwell time 1.0-1.5 h, 1.5-2.5 h for workpieces 90-150 mm), aging at 690-710 °C (at 10-50 h) + air cooling, air cooling (for CrN60M grade a single aging at 700 °C (at 50 h) is permissible). (CrN60M grade can be aged once at 700 °C (with exposure time of 50 hours), cooling in the air). Shape, dimensions, steel grade are regulated by the following requirements:
