Corrosion resistance
According to TU 14−3-1478−87, 14−131−755−85, 14−1-4289−87 and 14−1-4202−87, 14−1-4881−90 the alloy should be resistant to intergranular corrosion after provoking tempering at t ° 800 ° C (30 minutes). These tests are carried out in boiling 30% H2SO4 solution with 40 g / l of FeSO4 (48 hours) or in boiling 50% H2SO4 solution with 40 g / l (18 h). Welds are characterized by resistance to intergranular corrosion. In the state of hardening alloy resistant to pitting corrosion in 10% ferric chloride, and stress corrosion cracking in boiling 42% MgCl2.
The alloy is resistant to corrosion in aggressive environments:
- in solutions of inorganic salts (ammonium chloride, aluminum chloride, ferric chloride, ferrous sulphate, calcium chloride, etc.);
- in aqueous solutions of copper and iron chlorides, perchloric, chloric, and chlorosulfonic acid;
- wet and dry chlorine;
- sulfuric acid in 20 to 98% highly resistant alloy (Vkor ≤ 0,1 mm / year) at 90 ° C;
- mineral acids (phosphoric, nitric, hydrochloric, sulfuric) contaminated with chlorides and fluorides;
- in a strongly oxidizing acids and mixtures of chemicals;
- organic acids (acetic, formic, butyric).
process quality
The alloy is subjected to cold and hot deformation of almost all methods of forming. The interval of temperature of hot deformation of 1220−950 ° C =. Heat treatment is carried out at 1100 + 20 ° C (excerpt 3−5 min / mm) with quenching in water or rapidly in air. Cutting of the alloy tendency to work hardening is carried out at reduced speeds, the tools of high speed steel or fitted with carbide inserts. Technological recommendations for machining, drilling, turning, pressure, milling and welding developed SRI Khimmash.
Welding
When welding argon-arc method is used as an additive wire HN63MVU-VI. When using electric arc welding electrode RLA-21. During manual TIG welding multi-layered, reinforced seam (height) rolls a limited section. At the minimum heat input welding speed should be the maximum, taking into account the breaks between the imposition of the next roller. The strength of welded joints in TIG welding — more than 90% of the base material. Welds are resistant to cracking and intergranular corrosion.
