Technical characteristics

Shiny metal with pinkish tint. Under normal conditions it is brittle, at fracture it has granular structure, but at temperature above 150°С it shows plastic properties. Compared to other metals, it has a low thermal conductivity of 7.87 W/(m-K) (t° 300°K). It is diamagnetic with a magnetic susceptibility of -1.34-10-9 at 293°K, making it the most diamagnetic metal.
