Production and use
Steel brand 07KH21G7AN5 (ЭП222) is a chromium-manganese-Nickel austenitic alloy. Is smelted in electric arc furnaces. Also use ESR and var. Production is regulated by the following GOST: 5949−75 and 5632−72, as well as the 14−1-1141−74; 14−1-952−74; 14−1-2476−78; 14−1-2455−78; 14−1-3041−80. From this steel made welded, not welded, brazed designs, which work at t º from -253 to 400 °C (chains, spindles, suspension in oxygen installations, flanges, fasteners, brazed and welded thin-walled parts obtained by hot and cold deformation, the threaded connection of high sinivuori).

Corrosion resistance
In the tempered condition, this steel resists intergranular corrosion according to the methods AM and AMU, GOST 6032−89. It is resistant to industrial and marine atmosphere and in steam condensate.
Technological parameters
Steel available hot and cold stamping, forging. Hot deformation is carried out at 1150−900°C. Processing pressure in a cold condition is in several stages. During cooling from +20°C to -253°C, the steel retains the stability of the structure.
Welding
This steel is well welded by the TIG method (with or without additive), automatic under flux an-26, manual electric. For filler material suitable wire SV-10Х16Н25АМ6 and SV-08Х15Н23В7Г7М2. Especially good cooks with stainless brands such as 07KH16N6, 12H21N5T, 12KH18N10T and high-temperature alloys (KHN60VT, ХН77Т1О). For welding heat-resistant Nickel alloys welding wire is recommended Св06Х15Н60М15, and with stainless steels — SV-04Х19Н11МЗ. Thus welded joints do not require heat treatment.
