Characteristics

Precision alloy 47ND (47ND-VI) to non-magnetic alloys with a specified temperature coefficient of linear expansion (TKLR in the temperature range -70 +550ºC is not higher than 9-11 [1/ºC]), which is used for tight connection with glass. The melting temperature of the alloy is 1450 °C. Refers to the group of precision alloys, which have unique physical and mechanical characteristics (thermal, elastic, magnetic, electrical, etc.), combine a number of qualities due to the accuracy of the chemical composition, thoroughness of manufacturing and processing, the absence of impurities. This group includes high-alloyed materials. Most precision alloys are made on the basis of iron, copper, nickel, manganese and cobalt.
