Production

Titanium circle has a circular cross-section and a continuous profile, it is made from pure titanium BT1-0, and from titanium alloys BT3-1, BT6, BT14, BT20, BT16, OT4, BT23, PT3 B with chemical composition of OST 1 90 013-81 or GOST 19 80-71. composition according to OST 1 90 013-81 or GOST 19 807-74. Sampling for determination of chemical composition is regulated by GOST 24 231-80. Depending on the application area, the production methods of titanium tubes are the following: extrusion, forging, helical rolling (HRC) or bar-rolling according to the following standards. Hot-rolled titanium bar with unground surface (OST 1 90 173-75, GOST 26 492-85); mechanically calibrated and ground bars (OST 1 90 201-75); a circle VT16 for the production of fasteners by turning and hot upsetting (OST 1 90 202-75); forged bars (OST 1 90 107-73); pressed (OST 1 92 020-82); large titanium bars produced by rolling of forged billets (OST 1 90266-86); titanium big-sized rounds for shipbuilding (OST 1 92 062-90); rolled bars from general purpose titanium alloys (TU 1-83-21-79). Round surface may be ground and also ground. A round may be of higher quality or ordinary. In the first case, it is marked by the letter "P", for example: OT-4.P.

Disadvantages
