Heat-resistant stainless steel
Austenitic grades
To austenitic grades are alloys forming a single phase austenitic structure and stores it to cryogenic temperatures. They contain 18−25% CR, which provides heat resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as up to 35% Ni, a stabilizing structure and increase the plasticity and workability of the steels in a wide temperature range. This allows the use of austenitic steels as heat resistant, heat resistant, cryogenic structural materials.
Martensitic stamps
Martensitic steel is the chromium alloys whose structure consists mainly of martensite. They contain typically at least 0.15 percent carbon, from 11 to 17% chromium, and the minimum additive elements such as tungsten, Nickel, vanadium and molybdenum.
Ferritic stamps
Contain up to 20.5% chromium, in addition, aluminum, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, yttrium, iron, additionally contains carbonitrides of zirconium and titanium in the following percentages of components: chrome — 18,5−20,5; Al — 4,5−5,5; Mn — 0,01−0,5; S — 0,001−0,005; P — 0,001−0,025; Y — 0,004−0,08; carbonitrides of titanium and zirconium — 0,002−0,015; iron — rest.
