Heat-resistant stainless steel

Austenitic grades

Austenitic grades are alloys which form single-phase austenitic structure and retain it to cryogenic temperatures. They contain 18−25% Cr that provides heat and corrosion resistance and up to 35% Ni that stabilizes the structure and increases the ductility and workability of steels in a wide temperature range. This makes it possible to use austenitic steels as heat-resistant, heat-resistant, cryogenic structural materials.

Martensitic grades

Martensitic steels are chromium alloys that have a predominantly martensitic structure. They typically contain at least 0.15 percent carbon, 11 to 17 percent chromium, and minimal additives of elements such as tungsten, nickel, vanadium and molybdenum.

Ferritic grades.

Contains up to 20.5% of chromium, in addition — aluminum, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus, yttrium, iron, in addition contains zirconium carbonitrides and titanium at the following percentage ratio of components: Chromium — 18.5−20.5; Al — 4.5−5.5; Mn — 0.01−0.5; S — 0.001−0.005; P — 0.001−0.025; Y — 0,004−0,08; titanium and zirconium carbonitrides — 0,002−0,015; iron — the rest.
