Technical characteristics
High-alloyed heat resistant austenitic nickel based steel with additives of iron, chromium, cobalt, aluminum developed and patented by Special Metals. The steel is resistant to high temperature corrosion. Designed for long term operation in thermal shock and oxidizing environments (including nitric acid). The density of the alloy is 8.19 g/cm3.
