General characteristics
Practically all types of expansion joints are made with fittings for welding, other than rubber compensators. Material for the connection pipe of the compensator weld can be depending on device type: stainless steel, galvanized steel, the steel article 20 and alloy steel grades required by the customer. Axial compensator-type CSR is intended to compensate for thermal expansion in straight sections of pipelines, and inaccuracies in installation.

— maximum pressure (bars, atmospheres, Pascals);
— operating temperature considered in the calculations of the values of the working stroke;

The working conditions of axial bellows expansion joints CSR
First of all, performance is necessary to determine the targets that need to carry out axial bellows compensator. During operation it needs:
— to withstand the maximum working and test pressures pipe;
— does not reduce pipeline throughput capacity;
— easily installed and repaired;
— not to lower under the influence of mechanical vibrations and temperature values of the target parameters limit.
All the characteristics of axial compensators are given for temperature of 200 C, as well as thousands of cycles of compression — tension.
— working medium pressure: 125 kg/cm2.
— working medium: steam, water, oil, gases, etc.
— working temperature range: -260 to +800°.
The required value of the working stroke is performed by the number of bellows corrugations.
Flanged axial expansion joint (with deaf /floating flange)
Flanged axial expansion joint with floating flange greatly simplifies installation, because the flanges can be easily and freely rotated to poloidal to adjust the bolts under the holes, and replacing equipment. Axial compensator with flange a blind flange allows you to achieve a more rigid connection by welding to the bellows.
