Hastelloy C276® - UNS N10276
Werkstoff Nr. 2.4819. Common trade names: Hastelloy C276®, Nickelvac® HC-276, Inconel® 276, Nicrofer® 5716. This nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy is highly corrosion resistant in contact with aggressive media. It is used in pulp and paper production, industrial chemicals, waste disposal and pollution control.
Production
Rolled products are represented by: sheets, strips, plates, rounds, wires, seamless and welded tubes, forgings, fittings and flanges. Sheets are supplied in thicknesses from 0.6 to 3.0 mm. The strip is supplied in coils in a width of 600 mm. Plate is supplied in thicknesses up to 75 mm. Round is supplied as forgings up to Ø 300 mm. Larger circles can be made to order. Seamless tube is available up to 150 mm in diameter. Larger sizes of welded pipes can also be made to order. All products (in terms of weld quality) are subjected to nondestructive testing methods. In fact, it is possible to produce a pipe of any diameter and tolerance level regardless of batch size. Fittings are available or can be manufactured at short notice.
