Corrosion resistance
According to the standard GOST 7350−77 resistance to intergranular corrosion of steel tested methods AM and AMU GOST 6032−89after annealing at t° 650 °C (1 hour). Similar tests normalized GOST 5949−75. Steel 1 point of corrosion resistance (less than 0.1 mm/year) 50% citric acid at boiling t º; in 10% formic acid at 100 °C; 5−25% H2SO4 to t° 75 °C; 50% acetic acid at 100 °C and 80% to a temperature of 80 °C; 25% H3PO4 at t º boiling point, and 40% at 100 °C.
Steel type 17−15−3 or 17−13−2 (3) due to the additive molybdenum have high resistance against pitting corrosion in chlorine-containing environments, compared to chromium-Nickel steels of 18−10. Molybdenum in the environment oxidizing nature decreases resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Technological parameters
Steel 08KH17N13M2T as steel 08Х17Н15МЗТ, 10H17N13MZT, easily deformed in the temperature interval 1200−850°C. For preparations containing 5-ferrite, lowers the t° of the beginning of deformation. All of these steels have a high degree of cold deformation.
