Brand 02Х25Н22АМ2-PT refers to high-alloy austenitic steels. Is smelted in plasma furnaces with the use of clean charge materials. Production normalized following: 14−134−277−91; 14−1-5072−91; 14−1-5203−93; 14−159−252−95.This is particularly structurally stable nitrogen-containing low carbon steel. Used in the manufacture of equipment for the production of urea at a pressure of ≤ 200 N/mm2 and a temperature from -70° to +200°C. outstanding strength and resistance to corrosion allows the use of such steel is brand 03Х17Н14МЗ, which provides the decrease of metal equipment, increases reliability, durability. This steel is also suitable to use in phosphoric-, nitric — and sulfuric acid environments, and is brand Х17Н14М2Т or Х17Н14М3Т in conditions promoting pitting corrosion. This steel is used for environments containing hydrogen sulfide with partial pressure of H2 S ≤ 3,0 N/mm or2 ≤ 30 N/mm2 at t° to 150 °C.

Resistance to corrosion
According to the following TU 14−159−252−95, 14−1-5203−93 steel comes after quenching at t° 1100 °C without provoking holiday. Resistant to intergranular corrosion when tested according to the method of DU GOST 6032−89 in boiling 65% HNO3, and 5 cycles for 48 hours. The corrosion rate after each of the cycles does not exceed 0.3 mm/year. According to T. U. 14−1-5072−91 rolled steel and the 14−134−277−91 (billets) must meet the requirements above. Susceptibility to intercrystalline corrosion test on samples after heat treatment (at t° 1100°±10°C, air cooling, without provoking holiday).

Steel resists intergranular corrosion when tested according to the method of WU GOST 6032−89, after a 5-hour tempering at t° 600−800°C. Welded connections are not prone to intergranular corrosion, including corrosion of knife type upon exposure to a solution of 40% HNO3 + 2% HF (at 95 °C, 48 hours). This steel has a high resistance to local corrosion (pitting, crevice in environments rich in chlorides) and stress corrosion cracking in hydrogen sulfide-containing environments.
Technological parameters
This steel is a high — tech, affordable hot and cold plastic deformation. The temperature interval of hot deformation 1230−980°C. Quenching is carried out at t° up to 1100°C±10 ° C With cooling in water. The same heat treatment used to relieve cold working, after hot and after cold deformation. In hot-rolled condition the structure is fine-grained austenitic steel (No. 9−10); there is almost no ferrite (<0,5%). The metal non-metallic inclusions clean. Recrystallization of austenite grains in samples of sheet metal passes during heating to t° 1100 °C, after aging structure of sheet metal has a grain size of No. 7-8.
Welding
Use manual TIG method using filler wire SV-01Х23Н23МЗТЗ. The seams are not prone to intergranular, knife corrosion when used in oxidizing environments.
