Production and use
Steel 10KH14G14N4T (ЭИ711) is bromomalonate-Nickel austenitic alloy. Is melted in open electric furnaces. Production is regulated by the following GOST: 25 054−81; 5632−72; 5582−75; 5949−75; 7350−77; 4405−75, as well as TU14−1-170−72. It is used in the manufacture of welded cryogenic technology and equipment for chemical production, weak aggressiveness, parts, furnace fittings and heat exchangers with operating temperature up to 700 °C (screens, sheet metal parts furnace rollers, muffles). This alloy is economically doped analogue X18H10 steel.

Corrosion resistance
According to GOST 5949−75, 7350−77, 5582−84 control steel for resistance to intergranular corrosion is carried out by methods AM and AMU GOST 6032−89 (duration of exposure in the test solution for 15 and 8 hours respectively). Test start after provoking heated to 650 °C, 1 hour with air cooling. This steel has 1 point of durability in 5−10% HNO3 at 80 °C and 60−65% HNO3 at 20 °C; 10% acetic acid and 10% H3P04 to 80 °C in tap water at 85 °C, detergents, etc. This steel is used for oxygen pipelines, high-pressure, as well as in the manufacture of welded shells and large pieces of equipment for the liquefaction of gases.
Technological processing
This steel deformed in hot and in cold condition. Stamping, forging and rolling is carried out at 1150−850°C. Satisfactorily welded by all welding processes. For manual arc welding the electrodes used on the basis of wire Х18Н9.
