Inconel 600® - UNS N06600

Werkstoff Nr. 2.4816. Common trade names: Inconel 600®, Nickelvac® 600, Ferrochronin® 600. The alloy is a standard construction material and has great thermal and corrosion resistance. It also has high strength and is easily cold-formed. It can be quenched and hardened by heat treatment if required. The industry uses the alloy as a lining for furnace components, for heat treating baskets and trays. Rolled steel is represented by: wire, rounds, seamless and welded tubes, sheets, plates, forgings, fittings, and flanges.

Supplies

Sheets are 0.5 to 4 mm thick. The strip is supplied in coils up to 610 mm wide. Plates are up to 75 mm thick, circles are Ø up to 230 mm. Larger circles can be produced to order. Seamless tube is rolled up to Ø 200 mm. Welded pipes of larger dimensions are produced to order. All products (with welded seam) are subjected to nondestructive testing methods. In fact, it is possible to produce a pipe of any diameter and tolerance within the shortest period of time. Fittings are available in standard and non-standard sizes.
