Relevance

Magnetically soft precision alloy 50NP (50H) has increased magnetic permeability and technical saturation induction. It is used for cores of interchamber, power small-size transformers, relays, chokes, parts of magnetic circuits operated without or with small magnetization at high induction. It is a magnetic material having coercivity according to GOST 19 693-74 with induction less than 4 kA/m. It has a high level of initial magnetic permeability, is magnetized to saturation in weak fields due to its balanced composition.

Production

Magnetically soft alloys are melted in special metallurgical furnaces using a charge of particular purity and are rolled or forged after cooling. The group of magnetically soft materials includes especially pure ferromagnetic iron, electrical low-carbon (unalloyed and siliconized) steels, low-coercive precision alloys based on iron-nickel, composite powder ferroalloys. They find the widest application in modern industry.

Applications

Production of transformers, radio and electrotechnical equipment, automation systems, telemetry, computer engineering. Manufacturing of microphone cores, transformers, electronic memory components, magnetic cores for operation in sea water, magnetic antennas and parts for electrical machines. Used in innovative technology, precision machine tool engineering, household appliances, precision electronics manufacturing, laser technology, and for metrology equipment.
