General Characteristics

Precision alloys have rare physical and technical merits (thermal, elastic, magnetic, electrical) due to balanced composition, careful manufacturing and processing, absence of harmful impurities. This group contains complex alloys, based on iron and nickel. The melting point is about 1450 °C.


Alloy grade 56DGNH refers to precision materials with a minimum coefficient of thermal linear expansion. It is used in innovative instrumentation, for the production of precision electronic sensors, household and laser equipment, metrology and measuring devices. The alloy serves as a basis for high-precision sensitive elements with constant dimensions in the range of climatic temperatures. Minimal TKHR allows to use the alloy for production of length measures, important products of complex shape, sealed joints with glass or mica.
