Brass circle is a solid round profile that is made of wrought or foundry brass.

Advantages

Brass is more durable than copper. Additions of aluminum and zinc make it highly resistant to the action of soil and atmospheric moisture, chlorinated and sea water, organic acids. Additions of lead make it especially resistant to corrosion. Brass circle has high ductility, wear resistance, has an aesthetic appearance, durable, biologically inert, meets the most stringent sanitary standards. after disposal can be reused. Disadvantages

Production

For the manufacture of brass circles are grades LS59-1, LS63, LS63-3, LS58-2, GOST 2060-2006 (chemical composition is normalized by State Standard 15 527-2004.). Application

Production of metalware, engine cooling system fragments, shut-off valves, bushings, decorative elements, sleeves of chemical equipment, printing dies. Such a circle is widely used by instrumentation, industrial chemistry, construction, shipbuilding and energy industries. It is necessary for the production of components of electrical appliances, plumbing fixtures, gas reducers, in the manufacture of fragments of axial piston machines. For the manufacture of clockwork is used circle grade LS63-3. Pressed circle of grade LS63-3 58-3-1,5-1,5-1 is particularly in demand in the field of mechanical engineering.
