Evek GmbH offers tubes and sections made of heat-resistant, relaxation-resistant steels 35CrMo4, 34CrMo4, 1.7230, AISI 4135 at an economical manufacturer’s price. Supplier provides a range of supply and delivery of products to any location specified by the customer.

Composition

CIS 35CrMo structural alloyed steel with high molybdenum and chromium content is melted in accordance with GOST 4543 specifications. The chemical composition of steel is as follows:

Component Carbon Manganese Silicon Nickel Chrome Molybdenum Copper
Content in steel, % 0,32…0,40 0,40…0,70 0,17…0,37 Up to 0.30 0,80…1,10 0,15…0,25 Up to 0.30

In the composition of steel is allowed a slight content of metallurgical impurities — sulfur and phosphorus. The percentage of such admixtures may not exceed 0.035% for each element.

There are foreign analogues of this steel. In the European Union they are 34CrMo4 steel (produced under EN standards), and steel 1.7230 (produced under the German standard DIN). In North America the equivalent of steel 35CrMo4 is AISI 4135. Their composition slightly differs from the above. For example, 34CrMo4 steel includes:

Component Carbon Manganese Silicon Nickel Chrome Molybdenum
Content in steel, % 0,33…0,38 0,70…0,90 0,15…0,35 Up to 0.30 0,80…1,10 0,15…0,25

The allowable phosphorus content is slightly higher, up to 0.040%.

Company Evek GmbH offers to buy bars, rounds, tubes of medium-carbon alloy steel grades 35CrM, 34CrMo4, 1.7230, AISI 4135. The supplier guarantees the price from the manufacturer, as well as prompt delivery of products to the address specified by the customer.

Properties and application

Physical and mechanical characteristics of the materials in question meet the following values:

  • Elastic modulus — 190…210 GPa;
  • tensile strength — 1400 MPa;
  • Ultimate ductility — 800 MPa;
  • Brinell hardness (for annealed and cold-drawn steel) — 187…229 НВ;
  • Thermal conductivity — 42.7 W/mK.

The steel has a reduced ability to machining in the cold state, but is well amenable to hot forging and stamping. Increased indices of heat resistance predetermine manufacturing of gear wheels, cogwheels, stems of flanges of stop valves of steam pipes that are used with heavy loads and at temperatures up to 480−5100 С.

Buy rounds, pipes, rods of heat-resistant, relaxation-resistant steels offers the company Evek GmbH. The price — from the manufacturer. Supplier provides timely delivery of products to the address specified by the consumer.
