In the macrostructure of the workpiece on the other 14-1-1596-76 should be free of cracks, gas bubbles, traces of shrinkage, inclusions, delaminations visible to the naked eye. Acceptable: Central porosity, point heterogeneity, liquation and ≤ 1.0 points according to the scales GOST 10243; - layer-by-layer crystallization of ≤ 3.0 points on a scale GOST 10243. The content of nonmetallic inclusions in the metal tube blank must be: - oxides of stroke OS ≤ 1.5 points; - oxides of point OF ≤ 1.5 points; sulfide ≤ 1.0 points; - silicates ≤ 1.0 points; - globules ≤ 1.5 points; - nitrides ≤ 2.5 points. |
Particularities of production of goods |
Tubular billet on the other 14-1-1596-76 should match up 01-1874-62. The tubular billet is supplied without heat treatment in a ragged condition with a surface finish not less than 3 class according to GOST 2789. The degree okowa metal tube blank must be at least 3. |
