As a technological additive, titanium and vanadium additive are produced at 0,04-0,05% each according to the calculation without correction for fumes. The content of titanium and vanadium is not determined. Deviations from the chemical composition are allowed: carbon ± 0.010%, silicon 0.10 / -0.030%, manganese ± 0.10%, nickel ± 0.10%, chromium + 0.10 / -0.050% , molybdenum ± 0.050%, copper ± 0.050%.
