According to TU 108.11.630-87 the chemical composition is presented for steel grade 13HGN2MD. As a technological additive, titanium and vanadium additive are produced at 0,04-0,05% each according to the calculation without correction for fumes. The content of titanium and vanadium is not determined. Deviations from the chemical composition are allowed: carbon ± 0.010%, silicon 0.10 / -0.030%, manganese ± 0.10%, nickel ± 0.10%, chromium + 0.10 / -0.050% , molybdenum ± 0.050%, copper ± 0.050%.

Macrostructure and pollution |
On the surface of the leaves is allowed without the removal of the thin layer of oxides that do not impede the detection of surface defects, the roughness of the fallen scale, risks, dents, fingerprints from the rolls, scratches and other minor, local defects, not deducing the size of the sheet beyond the negative deviations. On the surface of the sheet is not allowed defects in the captured, bubbles, cavities, cracks, katanoi dross and slag inclusions are to be removed by a gentle felling. On the edges of plates after flame cutting lamination and cracks are not allowed. Allowed fire snags, if it does not take the leaves for tolerances on dimensions. Grat fire after cutting must be removed. Steel fracture should be fibrous, while in fracture the number of Bologna must be at least 70%. If necessary, re-heat treatment. Sipernet in the turn is not a rejection symptom. Crystal allowed a rash over the whole fracture surface. |
Particularities of production of goods |
Steel melted in the basic electric arc furnaces. Allowed the smelting of steel in basic open-hearth furnaces. |
Defects |
Remove defects at a depth of up to 5% of the nominal thickness of the sheet over the negative deviations. The total area of Stripping and local thin places on each side of the paper should not exceed 2% of the leaf area and the number of sweep shall not exceed four units on 1 square meter of the sheet. When coincidence Stripping on both sides of a sheet permissible depth of Stripping is determined as the sum of the depths of sweeps on each side of the paper and should not exceed 5% of the nominal thickness of the sheet over the negative deviations. When the depth of defect more than 5% of nominal sheet thickness in excess of negative deviations, but not more than 25% of the nominal thickness of the sheet in excess of negative deviations are allowed cutting or scraping sand around these defects with subsequent welding is repair of technology of the manufacturer. Thus the area of the welding at each location must not exceed 0,0050 m2 (excluding collapse after cutting), and the total area of welding does not exceed 2% of the leaf area. |
