Steel 07Х3ГНМЮА
Designation
Description
07Х3ГНМЮА steel is used: for the manufacture of hot-rolled bars and forgings, pipe billets and flat steel products, used for the production of parts of machinery and special purpose; cold-deformed and hot-deformed tubes for the production of solid cylinders downhole sucker rod pumps.
Note
Steel low carbon martensitic class.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4229-87 and TU 14-1-4408-88 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 07H3GNMYUA. The presence of tungsten to 0.20%, titanium to 0.30% and vanadium to 0.050% are not a defect.
According to TU 14-1-4229-87 ready rolled products deviations from the chemical composition standards are allowed in accordance with GOST 4543, aluminum +0.020%, -0.0050%; for carbon ± 0.010%.
According to TU 14-1-4408-88, in the finished pipe billet, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: by carbon +0.010%, for silicon + 0.030 / -0.020%, for manganese ± 0.050%, for aluminum +0.020%, for chromium ± 0.050 %, nickel -0.050%, molybdenum ± 0.020%. The steel is smelted in an electric arc furnace or in a main open-hearth furnace, followed by treatment in a ladle with synthetic slags and liquid ligature.
According to TU 14-1-3370-2006 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 07H3GNMYUA. The presence in the steel of the mass fraction of tungsten to 0.20%, titanium to 0.030% and vanadium to 0.050% is not a rejection sign. In the finished rolled products, deviations from the chemical composition standards are allowed in accordance with GOST 4543, aluminum + 0.020 / -0.0050%, carbon ± 0.010%.
