Steel 14G2AF
Designation
Description
Steel 14G2AF used: for the manufacture of metal in the construction of industrial buildings, production farms of the crane bridge cranes; flange joints of roof trusses.
Note
Steel low alloy manganese vanadium with nitrogen. The degree of deoxidation — SP.
Steel 14G2AF provides strength grade sheet, universal broadband rental and roll-formed profiles KP KP 375 and 390 with plate thickness of up to 50 mm. without the use of additional hardening treatment.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to GOST 19282-73, it is allowed to modify steel with calcium and rare-earth elements from the calculation of the introduction of not more than 0.02% calcium and 0.05% rare-earth elements into the metal.
According to GOST 19281-89 and GOST 19282-73, it is allowed to add aluminum and titanium from the calculation of the mass fraction in the rolled aluminum - no more than 0.050%, titanium - no more than 0.030%.
According to TU 14-105-465-82 in the steel grade 14G2AF, a technological addition of calcium is added to 0.060% by calculation. It is allowed to use the REM in an amount up to 0.10% (calculated). Permissible deviations in chemical composition in accordance with GOST 19282.
