Steel 10G2FBYU
Designation
Description
Steel 10G2FBYU used: for the manufacture of electrowelded pryamoshovny pipes of strength group K60 for the construction of gas pipelines, oil pipelines and oil product pipelines; fittings of oil and gas pipelines; fittings of main pipelines in diameter to 1420 mm.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-3-1573-96 carbon equivalent of Se ≤ 0.43%. It is allowed to introduce into the steel a technological additive silicocalcium or rare-earth materials (REM) at the rate of 0.5-2.0 kg per 1 ton of steel. The mass fraction of calcium or REM in the steel is 0.001-0.020% - the norm is optional and is not a sign of acceptance. Steel produced by JSC "Izhorskiye zavody" should contain carbon 0.08-0.11%, manganese 1.60-1.80%.
According to TU 14-158-146-2004 the chemical composition is given for the ladle sample for the 1st level of the quality of the pipes. For pipes of the 2nd level of quality in the ladle sample, the mass fraction of manganese = 1.55-1.75%, phosphorus ≤ 0.015%, nitrogen ≤ 0.006%.
According to TU 14-1-5339-96 chemical analysis is given for steel grade 10G2FBYU. The steel is subjected to out-of-furnace treatment with synthetic slag and / or solid slag-forming mixtures and blowing with argon. Steel is processed by materials containing calcium and / or rare earths in an amount of 0.50-2.00 kg / t. In the steel, the mass fraction of residual chromium, nickel and copper is not more than 0.30% of each. In the finished rolled steel, deviations in chemical composition are allowed provided mechanical properties are provided: carbon +0.010%, manganese ± 0.050%, silicon +0.050%, vanadium and niobium + 0.010% each, sulfur +0.0010%, phosphorus +0.0050%, aluminum ± 0.010%, titanium +0.010%, nitrogen +0.0020%. The carbon equivalent should not exceed 0.45%.
According to TU 14-105-644-2000 chemical composition, the casting composition for steel grade 10G2FBYU is given. In the steel is introduced a technological additive from the calculation of the introduction of calcium 0.25-0.30 kg / tonne without taking into account the burnout. In the finished rolled steel, deviations in chemical composition are permissible: carbon + 0.010%, manganese and silicon ± 0.050% each, titanium ± 0.0050%, niobium + 0.010%, aluminum ± 0.010%, sulfur +0.0010 %, for phosphorus +0.0050%, for copper and nickel +0.050% for each, for vanadium + 0.010%, for nitrogen +0.0020%. On the sheets for the connecting parts of the main pipelines, the carbon equivalent should not be more than 0.43%.
