Steel 10ГНБ
Designation
Description
10ГНБ steel is used: for the production of billets, sheet ingots used for the production of parts and welded longitudinal pipes of the main gas and oil pipelines; parts and piping in shipbuilding.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-158-146-2004, the chemical composition is given for 10GNB-PL grade steel for a ladle sample for the 1st level of pipe quality. For pipes of the 2nd level of quality in the ladle sample, the mass fraction of sulfur is ≤ 0.010%, phosphorus ≤ 0.015%.
According to TU 14-1-4928-90 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 10GNB-Sh electroslag remelting. The total content of sulfur and phosphorus in the steel should not exceed 0.0250%. The content of niobium is calculated. In steel 10NNB-Sh, niobium can be replaced by titanium. The residual titanium and vanadium content should not exceed 0.050% of each. The content of residual lead, tin, antimony, zinc, arsenic and bismuth in tali is not more than 0.050% of each and can not be determined by chemical analysis, but is guaranteed by the supplier. As agreed by the parties, the content of impurities can be reduced. Permissible deviations in the chemical composition of steel - in accordance with GOST 19281, and in aluminum ± 0.010%.
