Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-3-1573-96 chemical composition is given for steel grade 13G1SB-U. Carbon equivalent of Se ≤ 0.43%. In steel, the total mass fraction of residual chromium, nickel and copper should not exceed 0.60%. It is allowed to introduce into the steel a technological additive silicocalcium or rare-earth materials (REM) at the rate of 0.5-2.0 kg per 1 ton of steel. In the steel 13G1SB-U, the mass fraction of vanadium is allowed up to 0.040%.
