Bars on the other 14-1-2700-79 monitored for the presence of carbide heterogeneity on the methodology and scale No. 2 GOST 5950. Carbide heterogeneity is controlled on the samples, tempered at a temperature of 1120-1140 °C, cooling in oil with following tempering at a temperature of 490-510 °C, exposure for 2 hours. Carbide inhomogeneity of steel with a diameter of 25 mm should not be higher 3балла, correspond 26-50 mm diameter - not more than 5 points, and 51-70 mm in diameter - no more than 6 points. Steel comes with a standardized purity non-metallic inclusions should be as follows (in points): oxides of stroke is 3.5, oxides of point - 2,0, silicates fragile plastic and deformed - 0,5, sulfides and 1.0. |
