Description
03KH22N6M2 steel is used: for the manufacture of equipment for chemical engineering; welded capacitive equipment in the production of mineral fertilizers and sulfuric acid and operating at temperatures up to +300 °C; welding electrodes.
Note
Austenite corrosion resistant steel-ferritic class.
03KH22N6M2 steel has higher strength compared with steel grades 10X17H13M2T and 03KH17N14M3.

Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to GOST 7350-77, the deviation by mass fraction of silicon is +0.40%, sulfur +0.005%, nickel ± 0.20%, chromium +0.5%, molybdenum +0.20% in finished rolled products. The mass fraction of residual titanium is not more than 0,050%, other residual elements - according to GOST 5632.
According to TU 14-1-1541-75 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 03X22N6M2 (ZI67). The tolerance for silicon content is + 0.40%, sulfur + 0.0050%. The deviation from the nickel content is ± 0.20%, chromium + 0.50%. It is allowed to increase the molybdenum content by + 0.20%. The content of other residual elements is according to GOST 5632.
