08KH10N20T2 steel is used: for the production of large parts, operating in the marine environment; pipes for Macromedia devices on the hulls of ships and vessels.
Note
Low corrosion resistant high-strength austenitic steel.
Magnetic permeability μ ≤ 1,05 GS/E.
In seawater, the steel is susceptible to pitting corrosion.
