Steel 03Х12Н10МТР (ЭП810; VNS-25)
Designation
Description
03Х12Н10МТР steel is used: for the production of rolled steel; forgings, fabricated free forging used to manufacture parts of different sectors of the engineering method subsequent cold machining or hot for subsequent processing (forming, forging, rolling, etc.).
Note
Corrosion resistant steel martensitic class.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-2235-77 and TU 14-1-4207-86 the chemical composition is given for steel 03Х12Н10МТР-ВД (ЭП810-ВД, ВНС-25). Boron, zirconium and calcium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. In the finished metal, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: by nickel -0.20%, by chromium -0.20%, titanium ± 0.050%, sulfur and phosphorus, provided that their total content in the metal is not more than 0.020%.
According to TU 14-1-1214-75, the chemical composition is given for steel for limited use 03Х12Н10МТРУ-ВД (ЭП810У-ВД). Boron, zirconium and calcium are introduced by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. In the finished rolled steel the following chemical composition tolerances are allowed: chromium by -0.20%, titanium ± 0.050%, sulfur and phosphorus, provided that their sum is not more than 0.020%. The content of residual elements should not exceed: copper, vanadium and tungsten - no more than 0.20% each; niobium - no more than 0.15%. The content of the residual elements can not be determined.
According to TU 14-131-855-92, the chemical composition is given for steel for limited use 03H12N10MTRU-VD (EP810U-VD). In the finished metal, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: by nickel -0.20%, by chromium -0.20%, titanium ± 0.050%, sulfur and phosphorus, provided that their total content is not more than 0.020%. Boron, zirconium and calcium are introduced by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. The content and allowable deviations from the residual elements are in accordance with GOST 5632. The content of the residual elements can not be determined.
