Description

Alloy 1430 is used: for the manufacture of semi-finished products and parts of the power elements of the aircraft.

Note

The alloy system Al-Mg-Li-Cu. The alloy is recommended as a substitute for alloys D16. The alloy has a lower (~8%) density, increased (10%) modulus of elasticity and a high fracture toughness. 1430 alloy different from the alloy of 1440 high (1.5−2 times) and ductility slightly inferior to him the characteristics of low cycle fatigue.
