According to TU 14-161-216-2003, TU 14-3-1956-94 and TU 14-159-295-2004 the allowable deviation in the content of C (carbon) is minus 0.01%. Residual content of elements in the chemical composition of steel - according to GOST 5632.
According to TU 14-1-3119-81 for steel grade 09H18N9, deviations in chemical composition are allowed: by carbon-0.010%, molybdenum ± 0.050%, vanadium ± 0.050%. The content of impurities of non-ferrous metals (tin, arsenic, lead, zinc, antimony, bismuth) should not exceed the 1 st point of a ten-point scale of spectral analysis. The content of residual elements in steel should be in accordance with GOST 5632.

Technological properties

Name The value
Macrostructure and pollution Contamination of the metal pipes, non-metallic inclusions on the other 14-159-295-2004 should be on the maximum score: - Oxides (FROM, OS) ≤ 4 points; - Sulphides (S) ≤ 3 points; - Silicates (CX, SP) - 3 points; - Silicates, non-deformed ≤ 4 points.
Microstructure On the other 14-3-1956-94, THE 14-159-295-2004 the ferrite content in the steel should be in the range 1.0-4.0%. Grain size of the metal pipes on the other 14-159-295-2004 in the state of delivery should be not larger than 5 rooms.
Particularities of production of goods Tubes are delivered in heat-treated (austenitisation) and the reign of the state and must be subjected to radiographic inspection. On the other 14-159-295-2004 pipes up to 40 mm inclusive must pass the test to the distribution to increase the outer diameter by 10% a mandrel with the taper angle 30° and must withstand a hydraulic test pressure in accordance with GOST 3845 with allowable stress equal to 40% of the strength of steel. The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic test pressure is provided by the production technology and can be guaranteed by the manufacturer without testing.
