Steel 07Х15Н30В5М2 (ЧС81)
Designation
Description
07Х15Н30В5М2 steel is used: for the production of billets with a diameter of 90−180 mm; long products and hot-rolled flat steel for the manufacture of parts of special equipment; pipes for power plants.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4441-88 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 07H15N30V5M2-VI (CS81-VI).
According to TU 14-1-4930-90 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 07H15N30V5M2-VI (ChS81-VI), melted in vacuum induction furnaces. The yttrium content is not calculated and chemical analysis. The permissible deviation from the mass fraction of silicon is +0,080%. The permissible deviations from the standards of the chemical composition of the remaining elements and the mass fraction of the residual elements must comply with GOST 5632. Calcium can be introduced into the steel by calculation of 0.10%, magnesium by 0.050%, the content of which is not determined by chemical analysis.
According to TU 14-1-4915-90 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 07H15N30V5M2-ID (ChS81-ID). Yttrium is introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined. The maximum deviations from the norms of chemical composition and the mass fraction of the residual elements are in accordance with GOST 5632.
