02Х8Н22С6 steel is used: for the production of chemical equipment operating in the environment of concentrated nitric acid at elevated temperature; welding wire.
Note
Low carbon steel corrosion resistant heat resistant Nickel-containing austenitic.
The steel is melted only by special methods — sh, PD, and ID.

According to TU 14-3-1024-81, TU 14-1-3812-84 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 02Х8Н22С6 (EP794).
According to TU 14-1-3164-81 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 02X8N22S6 (EP794). Deviations in the carbon content by +0.010%, chromium, nickel and silicon by ± 0.10 each are allowed.
According to TU 14-1-3812-84 the chemical composition is given for steel grade 02Х8Н22С6 (EP794). Deviations in the content of chromium, nickel, silicon ± 0.10% each, carbon + 0.010% are allowed in the finished product. Limit deviations and the content of residual elements - according to GOST 5632.
