Permissible deviations in chemical composition: carbon +0.010%, vanadium -0.10%, silicon +0.10%, nitrogen -0.030%. Cerium is introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis is not determined. It is allowed deoxidation of steel zirconium.
