In the finished metal, the aluminum content is not more than 0.30%, nitrogen is not more than 0.050%. In the finished metal, the content of cobalt is controlled, the results of the control are not a defective feature, but are indicated in the certificate. By agreement of the parties, the pipe billet is supplied with a cobalt content of not more than 0.0050%. In the finished metal, if the requirements of TU are complied with, the deviation by the content of carbon + 0.0050%, the boron content ± 0.040% is permissible. By agreement of the parties, the boron content is not less than 0.030%.
