Description
Alloy KHN77TJURU used: for the manufacture of disks, rings, turbine blades and other parts operating at temperatures up to +750 °C.
Note
High-temperature Nickel-based alloy.
The recommended maximum operating temperature for limited time +750 °C. the Temperature of beginning of intensive scaling in air +1050 °C.
Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-2918-80 the chemical composition is given for ХН77ТЮРУ-ВД. In the alloy, the determination of impurities of non-ferrous metals is made: antimony, tin, bismuth, arsenic, the content of which should not exceed 1 score of a ten-point scale of spectral analysis. Boron and cerium are introduced into the alloy by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined.
According to TU 14-1-684-73 the chemical composition is given for ХН77ТЮРУ (ЭИ437БУ). Boron, cerium, and other technological additives introduced into the metal by calculation by chemical analysis are not determined. The tolerance for titanium is +0,050%. Mass fraction of residual elements - in accordance with GOST 5632. In case of deviation from the specified chemical composition, the use of individual metal smelting for its intended purpose is permitted in agreement with VIAM.
