Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-3663-83, the chemical composition is given for the alloy grade KhN55MVC-VI. Yttrium and boron are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. Allowed for the introduction of calcium into the alloy by calculation of 0.10%, zirconium by 0.10% by calculation. Limit deviations in chemical composition - in accordance with GOST 5632.
According to TU 14-1-4081-86, the chemical composition is given for an alloy of the grade KhN55MVC-VI (ChS57-VI), vacuum induction melting on especially pure materials. Allowed the introduction of calcium into the alloy as calculated by 0.10%. Yttrium, boron and calcium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. The maximum deviations from the norms of chemical composition must not exceed the tolerances in accordance with GOST 5632. The mass fraction of the residual elements in the alloy must comply with GOST 5632.
In the alloy grade HN55MVTSU-VI (ChS57U-VI) boron is absent. The permissible content in the alloy of grade ХН55МВЦУ-ВИ (ЧС57У-ВИ) hafnium ≤0,150%, cerium ≤0,030%.
According to TU 14-1-4400-88 the chemical composition is given for an alloy of grades ХН55МВЦ (ЧС-57), ХН55МVЦ-VI (ЧС57-ВИ).
According to TU 14-1-4747-89, the chemical composition is given for an alloy of the brand KhN55MVTS-VI (ChS57-VI). Yttrium and boron are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined.
