Designation
Description
Alloy ХН60КМЮВТБ used: for the production of pellet-prescisely obtained by hot pressing (extrusion), alloy smelted in open furnaces with subsequent vacuum arc remelting and intended for subsequent remelting and fabrication of castings and fasteners, and gas turbine aircraft industry.
Note
High-temperature Nickel-based alloy.
The recommended maximum operating temperature for a limited time — 800−900 °C.
The temperature of beginning of intensive scaling in air 1100−1150 °C.
Standards
Chemical composition
Ni is the basis.
According to TU 14-1-4426-88, the chemical composition is given for the alloy grade KhN60KMYUVTB-VD (EC9-VD). Boron, strontium, magnesium are introduced into the metal by calculation and chemical analysis are not determined. In the finished metal, a chemical composition deviation according to the chromium content is allowed, plus 0.50%.
