Steel 40KH9S2L
Designation
Description
40KH9S2L steel is used: for the manufacture of castings of parts operating for a long time under load at temperatures up to +700 °C (valves, motors, grates, fasteners); hinged cast chains for rotary kilns, consisting of high-temperature or heat-resistant parts applied in the middle area when the temperature of the gas stream +500−700 °C.
Note
Steel heat-resistant martensitic class.
Heat-resistant steel at temperatures up to +800 °C, heat-resistant at temperatures up to +700 °C.
Standards
Chemical composition
Fe is the basis.
