Steel castings to eliminate the tendency to intergranular corrosion are subjected to hardening regime: heating to 1035-1065 °C, exposure during heating for quenching for products with wall thickness up to 10 mm - 30 min, over 10 mm — 20 min + 1 min per 1 mm max thickness cooling in water or oil depending on the thickness of the material and configuration of the product. Products austenite-ferritic steels do not require heat treatment after welding. |
